With over 25 years of experience in corporate philanthropy, I’ve dedicated my career to bridging the gap between business objectives and meaningful community impact. As the founder of Lionheart Ventures, I specialize in translating conservative and faith-based values into strategic initiatives that not only drive growth but also inspire lasting change.

My journey—from serving in nonprofits to leading CSR initiatives to guiding organizations through impactful transformations—has taught me one thing: authentic connections rooted in purpose have the power to elevate brands and change lives.

Outside of my work, I’m deeply involved with causes that resonate with my faith and values, serving on boards and leading community initiatives. When I’m not consulting or speaking, you’ll find me with my family, at the gym working out, in the garden growing vegetables and fruit, in the kitchen cooking and baking, or by the fireplace with my dogs curled up beside me while reading a book or watching a movie.
